Injury Consulting LLC guarantees you and your client a personalized approach with your case.  You will be kept updated of the progress of your case and issues that may arise during the formulation of the life care plan, medical cost projection and/or functional capacity evaluation.

Mobile convenience

Our services are completely mobile including functional capacity evaluation. We go to the client directly to conduct the assessment saving time and money.

Why choose us?

Physical therapists have a significant advantage of providing expert opinions on injury and disability cases because of their doctoral education and specialized training in physical evaluation and rehabilitation.

1. Expertise in Function and Mobility

PTs are movement and rehabilitation specialists. They assess mobility, strength, balance, gait, transfers, and endurance, which are central to predicting long-term care needs for patients with orthopedic, neurological, or catastrophic injuries. This makes them uniquely positioned to forecast therapy needs, equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, orthotics, prosthetics), home modifications, and caregiver support tied to physical function.

2. Direct Experience With Complex Rehabilitation

PTs often manage patients with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, burns, strokes, and chronic orthopedic conditions across the continuum of care (hospital, rehab, outpatient, community). They understand the progression of recovery and what plateau or maximum medical improvement (MMI) looks like. This experience allows them to accurately project frequency/duration of therapy, long-term outcomes, and complications.

3. Holistic, Community-Based Perspective

Many PTs work beyond medical settings — in homes, schools, workplaces, and community programs. They see firsthand the real-world barriers patients face with independence, return to work, and community integration. That perspective can strengthen the life care plan by ensuring recommendations are not just medically appropriate, but functionally realistic.

4. Objective, Function-Based Assessment

PTs are trained in functional evaluations, gait/mobility assessments, and standardized outcome measures. This lends more objective data to life care planning. Attorneys prefer PTs for their ability to tie medical needs directly to functional deficits and long-term costs. In cases involving catastrophic or musculoskeletal injuries, a PT’s perspective is very crucial to proving your case.

By offering life care planning, medical cost projections, and functional capacity evaluations in one place, Dr. Sadiwa streamlines the process—saving firms time and money while delivering comprehensive, practical guidance.
